Johnny's Philosophy

If you know me, you'll realize that I'm not normal. I'm really, really not normal. It shows in my life's philosophy.

For one, I'm a bit of a nut. Okay, more than just a nut. I'm plain weird.

I love school though. I believe that there's more to life than just pumping gas, or packing groceries. I'm a curious son of a bitch. So university life is good for me. I work hard, or at least, I seem to. Even though I know that school is important, there's more to life than just sitting around in a classroom. You have to go out and live. That's why I decided to go to Grad School at the University of Toronto - I knew that I'd learn just as much outside of school as I would during class. Go out, enjoy life, see new and exciting things. The key to learning is everything, and not just text books.

I have to admit it, though, I do procrastinate a lot. Papers get put aside, homework gets left undone, and everything is a mess. But somehow, somewhere, I will eventually make something of myself. Life is more than just going through the motions and surviving. Right now, it's school, but when I'm finally done, watch out world.

Finally, no matter I do, people are important to me. Be kind, live by the Golden Rule, blah blah blah. Instead of having lots of acquaintances, I'd rather have three or four very close friends who mean the world to me.
